This event is JURIED. No MLMs or AI Art please! Proxies are also not allowed. Some reseller vendors may be accepted depending on the subject content (Model kits, figurines, official K-pop or J-pop merch, manga, etc). We are open to any type of art, crafts, 3d printing, crochet, graphic novel authors, and more!

Please provide booth set up photos and product photos below when prompted.

Vendor fee: $125

Vendor fee is not due until after applications close and/or we have made our selections.

Accepted artists/ vendors will receive 2 vendor badges for the event. Due to space size limitations, we ask that you have no more than 2 people behind your booth during the event.

Fee covers venue admin, security, custodial, marketing, wi-fi, table rental, and event insurance fees. Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. If for any reason the event is cancelled by either 143 Kawaii Events or Pierce College and CANNOT be rescheduled, vendors will receive their money back.

All vendors will receive one (1) 6 foot table and two (2) chairs.

Please bring your own floor length (non-plastic) tablecloth. Tablecloths are required to protect the rented tables.

Each vendor space includes one 6 ft table (plastic) and two chairs. This is a table show, so please plan your setup to fit within the footprint of your table. This includes any displays, signage, or product stands.

If you’re planning to bring a backdrop or hanging display (like tote bags, signage, etc.), it must be securely attached to your table or a freestanding frame that fits within or directly behind your 6 ft setup, without extending into neighboring spaces or walkways.

We’ve seen some super creative vertical displays, so feel free to get inventive! Please just keep it self-contained and SAFE!

Electricity drops will be limited for vendors. If electricity is absolutely needed for your product displays, please let us know and we can try to position you near an outlet if one is available. We are not able to run extension cords or power strips across the vendor hall due to safety hazards.

Finalized layout and additional information will be provided via e-mail as it gets closer to the event date. Vendor booth placements will be assigned randomly and shared in your final email. While we won’t be taking placement requests, we truly appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we work to make setup smooth for everyone! ADA related requests take priority when we create our floorplan.

Filling out an application does NOT guarantee a spot. Selected vendors will be notified after the application closing date.

APPLICATIONS WILL CLOSE ON June 13, 2026

Table fee of $125 will be due shortly after acceptance. Failure to pay before the  payment deadline will result in forfeiture of table.

We have a limited amount of spaces available. Those not selected will be placed on a waitlist and accepted if and when spots open up.
